• Taxes: Local prices include applicable GST. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and secure online credit/debit card payments.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Worldwide Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping from our base in Pakistan.

• Local Delivery: Domestic orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days through local courier services.

• International Delivery: Shipping times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days); Zistora is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Perishable Nature: Due to the food nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the packaging seal is broken.

• Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Refunds: Approved refunds for damaged goods will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.

• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched; once a tracking number is generated, the order is final.

5. Safety and Product Use

• Storage: Dehydrated products must be stored in a cool, dry place in airtight packaging to maintain quality and prevent moisture re-absorption.

• Allergens: Our products are processed in a facility that handles various fruits and vegetables; customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

• Health Disclaimer: While our detox infusions support wellness, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Zistora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
