Returns & Refunds policy

At Zistora, we are committed to providing premium, nutrient-dense dehydrated fruits and vegetables. Due to the nature of our products as food items, we have established the following policy to ensure the highest safety standards for all our customers.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Perishable Goods: Because our products are food-grade and dehydrated, we cannot accept returns for any items once the original heat or vacuum seal has been broken.

  • Hygiene Standards: To maintain product integrity, returns are only accepted for unopened and untampered packaging.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once an order has been dispatched, particularly for international orders due to high logistical costs.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect blend, we will resolve the issue immediately:

  • Reporting Window: You must report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Required Proof: Please provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging and the product itself via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Resolution: Depending on the situation, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Customs Compliance: Zistora is not liable for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by your country’s customs authorities. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure dehydrated produce is legal to import into their destination.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders unless the error was made by Zistora.

  • International Claims: For global orders, we typically offer refunds or replacements rather than physical returns to avoid high re-import duties and fees.

4. Refund Process

  • Verification: Once your claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card) or provided as Zistora Store Credit.

  • Local Options: Within Pakistan, we can also process refunds via JazzCash or EasyPaisa for faster service.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they have been dispatched. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered final.
